WAGE coaches

WAGE offers individual coaching on salary negotiation to both working women and students about to graduate and start their careers. We can coach you about the salary for the position you hold or seek; your strategy to ask for a raise or starting salary; and the skills of persuasion.

Salary negotiation is as much about one’s mindset as about objective salary data. We’re ready to coach you to strengthen your confidence as well as teach you the nuts-and-bolts techniques of salary negotiation.

You may want to talk with us when you start seeking a job; or while you’re already engaged in interviews or discussions. Whenever you want us, we’ll be available to coach you.

WAGE’s coaches, Annie Houle and Evelyn Murphy have facilitated salary negotiation

workshops for three years. Annie’s specialty is with campus junior and senior women. She has worked with these women on over 150 campuses throughout the country. Evelyn’s specialty is with working women. She has done workshops for women administrators, physicians, lawyers, academics, pharmacists, librarians, and scientists. While both have specialized, each has also facilitated workshops for working women and students. Combined, their experience in salary negotiation for women is unmatched in the country.

WAGE wants as many women as possible to benefit from coaching so our fees are kept affordable: $75/hour for students; $150/hour for working women. We also offer a one year, 30 hour availability to a coach for a fixed fee of $1,500.
