Who can be a party to a Consent Decree?

Depending on the facts, many different parties are involved in the creation of a consent decree. The following chart shows some possible participants:

Employee: You, Your Female Co-Workers, Women in Your Class, Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC), State Fair Labor Enforcement Agency, Your Private Attorney, Attorneys for Other Women.

Employer: Your Company, Your Supervisor, Your Co-workers, Attorney for Your Company, Attorney for Your Supervisor, and Attorney for Your Co-workers.
